The Globe, Stockholm

Almost 20 years after it was inaugurated, one of Stockholm’s best known landmarks is still a spectacular building.

At the top of the building there are some 40 theatre boxes and a restaurant. VEAB’s CV duct heaters are installed in the boxes’ ventilation system. CV duct heaters comprise a wide range of circular duct heaters for use as after heaters in ventilation systems. The Globe, which is one of the largest spherical buildings in the world measuring 110 metres in diameter and 85 metres tall, is used for sporting and various public events. The facility can hold a total of 14,000 spectators.
